Account Supervisor, Employee Engagement

Do you enjoy helping organizations connect with employees during times of change, growth and transformation? Are you passionate about creating communications that engage employees, strengthen culture and help people understand where their organizations are headed?

As an Account Supervisor, Employee Engagement at Zeno, you will help develop and execute employee engagement, internal communications and change management programs for leading organizations. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you will support strategies that help clients inform, engage and inspire employees while driving business and organizational objectives.

This role is ideal for a communications professional who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll have the opportunity to shape client programs, manage integrated workstreams and help organizations navigate change through meaningful communications and engagement strategies.

About the Role:

  • Employee Engagement & Internal Communications Strategy: Help develop and execute employee engagement and internal communications programs that strengthen culture, improve employee experiences and support organizational change and business priorities.

  • Change Management Communications: Support change communications initiatives that help employees understand, adopt and embrace organizational change.

  • Research, Insights & Strategic Planning: Conduct communications research, analyze findings and help translate insights into recommendations that inform communications strategies and programs.

  • Content Development & Communications Execution: Draft and manage a range of communications materials, partnering with senior team members to develop content that engages employees and supports business objectives.

  • Client Management & Strategic Guidance: Serve as a trusted day-to-day client contact, helping manage project execution, providing recommendations and supporting successful delivery of client programs.

  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Support and mentor junior team members, helping ensure work is delivered thoughtfully, accurately and on time while supporting team success.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in communications, employee engagement, internal communications, change management or related fields within an agency or other fast-paced environment.

  • Experience developing communications programs that support employee engagement, organizational change and business objectives.

  • Experience translating business objectives into effective communications solutions.

  • Strong writing, editing and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling content for a variety of employee and leadership audiences.

  • Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple workstreams, timelines and priorities.

  • Experience conducting communications research and applying insights to program development.

  • Understanding of internal communications channels, engagement platforms and employee listening tools.

  • Experience managing client relationships and contributing to communications planning and business objectives.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

  • Curiosity about emerging trends, technologies and best practices in employee engagement, internal communications and organizational change.

  • Collaborative, adaptable mindset with a passion for solving problems and delivering meaningful work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting large-scale organizational change initiatives.

  • Familiarity with employee engagement and listening platforms such as Qualtrics, SocialChorus, Firstup or similar tools.

  • Experience supporting executive and leadership communications programs.

  • Experience working on integrated communications programs that span internal and external audiences.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 USD/yr.

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
