What we need:
Own APAC demand generation and related marketing activities in support of country go-to-market initiatives and regional growth priorities.
Partner with each Country Manager and Country Sales Director to translate business plans into measurable programs that generate leads, MQLs, opportunities, and orders. Lead a small regional team, based primarily in Indonesia and work closely with the Head of Branding and Corporate Communications to ensure demand activity is aligned to brand standards, messaging, and major company campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
- Demand Strategy & Execution
- Build and execute country-level demand plans aligned to sales priorities and growth targets
- Lead integrated campaigns across events, digital channels, and content programs
- Drive strategic account-based initiatives where local execution is required
- Own execution frameworks that generate leads, MQLs, and opportunities
- Campaign & Event Management
- Own the in-country events calendar end-to-end (planning, promotion, follow-up, pipeline tracking)
- Ensure strong pre- and post-event conversion strategies
- Deliver high-impact campaigns aligned to regional and global priorities
- Sales Alignment & Funnel Management
- Define and optimize handoffs between Marketing, SDR, and Sales
- Establish SLAs, routing rules, and funnel governance
- Drive discipline in follow-up, conversion tracking, and CRM usage
- Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a regional demand generation team
- Set clear priorities, goals, and performance expectations
- Build consistent ways of working across markets while allowing local adaptation
- Performance & Reporting
- Own campaign reporting, attribution, and ROI analysis
- Manage budgets and track performance against quarterly plans
- Deliver insights to improve conversion and pipeline generation
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Branding & Corporate Communications, Corporate Marketing, and RevOps
- Ensure alignment of messaging, campaigns, and execution standards
- Actively champion and implement the organization’s policies on health & safety, environment, energy, quality, information security, and business continuity, ensuring adherence to incident reporting, legal, and regulatory requirements.

- Attribution accuracy and speed of follow-up
The successful candidate:
- Proven experience leading demand generation or growth marketing in a B2B environment
- Strong track record of building pipeline and driving measurable revenue impact
- Experience aligning closely with Sales, SDR, and RevOps teams
- Strong leadership and team management skills across regions
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in campaign analytics and funnel optimization
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
