
Technical Service Representative
Job Description
CORE RESPONSIBILITY
Visit customer’s site to observe technical functions e.g. line running, technical issues
Collect necessary data at customer site, to analyze actual problem upon technical-wise
Able to find root cause, based on TS manager supervision
Able to build up good relationship with customers for collaboration
perform some basic Lab instrument for basic property test
able to fast learn for additional Lab tests, based on TS manager supervision
provide day-to-day technical support and expertise to customers
Making test report timely, and meeting minute when visit customers
Provide monthly 2P line audit and conduct technical audit of customers coating lines as and when required
EDUCATION BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
- Required : Bachelor degree in chemicals, packaging & food industry or related
- Preferred: Knowledge/ Experience in TS, Lab for packaging coating is preferred.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Candidate with project management experience is preferred.
