We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events, from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of events including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and logistics.
  • Develop detailed event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Liaise with clients to understand event objectives and tailor planning accordingly.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure seamless operations.
  • Handle budgets and ensure events are delivered within allocated financial resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role with successful event execution.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
