[MNI] AI & Technology Solutions Delivery Manager

Project – the aim you’ll have

As an AI & Technology Solutions Delivery Manager, you will work closely with our clients to manage the delivery of technology projects, with a strong focus on AI-enabled solutions and modern infrastructure platforms. Depending on the project, you may coordinate teams working on AI/ML solutions, cloud and infrastructure services, GPU-based platforms, automation, or traditional IT infrastructure.
You will be responsible for leading delivery teams, managing agile processes, ensuring effective client communication, and delivering high-quality outcomes across fixed-scope and managed delivery projects.

Position – how you’ll contribute

• Managing AI, infrastructure, cloud, platform, and technology delivery projects
• Coordinating the work of AI Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, Platform Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other technical specialists
• Monitoring project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery quality
• Maintaining effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders
• Managing monthly settlements with clients and team members
• Building and maintaining a healthy team culture through coaching, facilitation, and protecting the team from distractions
• Overseeing project resource allocation and supporting team planning
• Defining and measuring metrics to track team progress, goals, risks, and areas for improvement
• Working effectively across multiple projects simultaneously, with strong context-switching skills
• Helping with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Supporting commercial and contractual aspects of cooperation with clients, including scope, assumptions, clauses, and delivery commitments

Expectations – the experience you need

• 2+ years of experience in a similar managerial or delivery-focused position
• Experience leading agile teams delivering technology projects, ideally in AI, cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or software delivery
• Ability to manage fixed-scope, time & material, or managed delivery projects while ensuring high-quality outcomes
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools
• Familiarity with project planning activities such as T-shirt sizing, backlog refinement, sprint planning, dependency tracking, and defining acceptance criteria
• Commercial experience in managing, influencing, and measuring team performance in a global, multinational environment
• Experience monitoring and ensuring project margins, profitability, and delivery efficiency
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously and switch contexts effectively
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Polish

• Experience with cloud, infrastructure, GPU, HPC, DevOps, or platform engineering projects
• Understanding of managed services, IT operations, or infrastructure delivery models
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Certifications in AI/ML, cloud, agile, project management, or IT service management
