What you’ll do: Strategy Insights and Planning Associate Consultant in the Insights & Analytics group will…
- Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions to our clients business problems
- Assist in structuring and conducting market research (qualitative and/or quantitative) and desk research to derive insights and support client decision making, including primary research with HCPs and patients, interviews, focus groups, surveys, and AI-enabled research approaches
- Design custom analyses using tools like Excel, Access, Confirmit and ZS's proprietary software
- Manage components of end-to-end research execution, including screeners, discussion guides, fieldwork oversight, and synthesis of findings into clear, story-driven presentations
- Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through oral and written presentations
- Develop client relationships and serve as key point of contact on certain aspects of projects
- Support management of program plans, conduct regular client status updates, and assist with risk and issue mitigation to ensure project timelines and goals are met
- Work across pre-launch engagements (segmentation, demand forecasting, campaign strategy, KPI baseline) and post-launch engagements to support full product lifecycle decision-making
- Advance problem-solving skills and improve ZS's capabilities
- Mentor and support development of Associates on your projects and teams
What you’ll bring
- PhD, Masters or bachelor’s degree in a field with quantitative coursework such as business, economics, marketing, psychology, life sciences and social sciences
In lieu of a PhD, 2-5 years of relevant post-study professional experience will be considered.
- 3-5 years of full-time professional experience
- Strong Excel/MS Suite skills; quantitative/statistical background is a plus
- High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative
- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset
