Visitors can discover our full lineup of vehicles, learn about innovative technologies, and enjoy a calm, thoughtfully curated environment featuring events, digital experiences, demonstrations, and test drives, which is all delivered by a team of polished professionals.
As a Lincoln Host, you represent the brand in every interaction. You play a central role in shaping each guest’s experience, helping both current and prospective clients deepen their connection to Lincoln. No two days are the same. This role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
- Hourly rate: $25.00–$27.00 per hour, based on experience
- Part-time
- Weekend and evening availability required
Responsibilities
- Engage guests and create meaningful, brand-relevant experiences
- Support the planning and execution of on-site events
- Prepare the space for daily operations, including opening and cleaning procedures
- Personalize each guest experience based on individual preferences and cues
- Deliver hospitality-driven service, including beverage preparation and in-store assistance
- Build and maintain guest relationships, including capturing relevant information
- Present Lincoln’s vehicles, technologies, and brand offerings with enthusiasm
- Assist with vehicle test drives and demonstrations
- Connect guests with local Lincoln dealerships as needed
- Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the Center
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality
- College degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods (up to 100% of shift)
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; must be at least 21 years old
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Familiarity with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Availability to work evenings and weekends; retail experience is a plus
