Lead Engineer

Odyssey Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented ServiceNow Test Lead to oversee quality assurance and testing across ServiceNow implementations, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) or similar testing frameworks, test automation tools, and proven leadership experience in driving testing strategy, execution, and governance. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to lead testing efforts for enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.
