Job Description
This role involves Pre-Process and Process training (knowledge transfer) for any new or backfill batches in a US process. It would entail planning, delivering on the training, reporting, training need identification, floor support, training administration and live assisting (coaching and mentoring as per the requirements of the process) as well as transaction completion (completing the transactions that the agents would be required to do). This position will be permanently transferred to this account. You will be required to be flexible regarding shift times for this process. As this would be a new client process, you might be required to assist with set up of the function in another city where we might be setting up business to support this client and you might be required to assist and have to be open to traveling for the business.
