Job Description

Job Accountabilities

  • Provide professional customer services to the General Insurance enquiries from various channels, e.g. Live Chat, Call, Email, Whatsapp, Counter, etc.
  • Maintain our customer services in good quality to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Support ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as assigned

 

Job Qualifications

  • Customer-facing / hotline experience in insurance / financial service industry is preferable
  • IIQE qualification is an advantage
  • Proficient in Cantonese and English is required; Mandarin is a plus
  • Patient with customer-oriented mindset 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • We will initially offer employment with 12-month contract; contract renewal will be subject to employee's performance and business needs
