Associate Producer (Temporary)

This position will serve as an associate producer and digital content producer for various PBSNC productions as assigned and in support of the Content Team known as 'Original Productions - NC Channel.' This position provides creative, technical, file management, post-production field production support for segment content, entire programs and series. Duties include creating short-form vertical content for PBS NC's Science team and other PBS NC public and civic affairs shows. The position will research, produce, write, edit and/or deliver and assist in managing content assets and logistics for broadcast television and digital platforms. The position is expected to contribute tangible results and embrace learning opportunities across projects created using field and studio-based production teams, facilities, and content. The position will be required to participate in studio control operations and learn skills associated with supporting PBS NC studio programming and show producers.
