Job Description
The Counselor provides individual and group counseling to patients in recovery, helping them identify strengths, set goals, and maintain a drug-free lifestyle. Responsibilities include developing and updating treatment plans, maintaining patient records, coordinating care with community providers, and providing crisis intervention when needed. Counselors participate in team meetings, trainings, and community outreach, while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and accrediting regulations. Qualified candidates must hold or be working toward licensure (LPC, LADAC I/II, LCSW, or LMSW) and demonstrate strong communication, sound judgment, and a commitment to patient recovery.
