Job Description
We want you to:
- Monitor and report on dealer performance, ensuring adherence to the company’s policies and performance standards,
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies that enhance dealer performance and customer satisfaction,
- Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and performance data to make informed recommendations for network development,
- Devise and execute innovative projects aimed at optimizing dealer efficiency and profitability,
- Establishment, improvement and follow-up of dealer audit systems and business processes,
- Govern monthly dealer target assignment and ensure transparent communication across the network,
- Set up and share annual dealer sales business plan with all network and responsible parties.
You will also need to have:
- Related years of experience in Automotive Industry especially in reports and analysis for Top Management and business experience
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Good communication, planning, organizational and management reporting skills
- Strong numerical, logical and analytical skills with dealer & customer focused point of view
- Solution-oriented point of view
- Good command of MS Office programs
- Project management
- Having knowledge about AutoCAD or similar programs is a plus
- Ability to travel as needed
