We are looking for F&B Service Staff (obers / serveerster) to join the opening service team of a new hotel in Rotterdam (Netherlands).

What will you be responsible for?

Delivering attentive, friendly, and professional service in restaurant, bar, or events.
Taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas.
Supporting upselling initiatives and promoting menu items.
Coordinating with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
Ensuring compliance with service standards and safety protocols.

What are we looking for?

Experience in F&B service roles.
Experience in openings is valued.
Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work in fast‑paced environments.
Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
