Shot Peen Supervisor (Working)

POSITION SUMMARY Leads daily shot peen operations while actively processing parts. Responsible for ensuring compliance with customer specifications, NADCAP, and AS9100 requirements while maintaining equipment, training personnel, and driving process consistency in a manual processing environment.

This position requires access to knowledge and technical data regulated by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Valence Surface Technologies is required to verify that applicants meet ITAR requirements prior to employment for this role.
