Event Marketing Officer
Job Description
- Execute creative concepts for event activations, including interactive installations, on-site activities, and live performances.
- Ensure projects stay within scope and schedule.
- Monitor and report on project status, including scope, schedule, budget, and alignment to program and strategic goals.
- Ensure all activations align with the overall brand strategy and goals.
- Report to the main PIC on each event to collaborate with internal team, vendor, and partners, especially big events.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing communication and sales, to ensure successful event execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in event marketing, event coordination, or brand activation (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome)
Experience in planning, executing, and evaluating offline and/or online events
Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams, vendors, and partners
