Job Description
What you will do
- Monitor, maintain, and support the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform in line with operational and security standards.
- Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and support integrations with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, databases, cloud services, and third-party applications.
- Support patching, upgrades, backup, and recovery activities for IAM platforms and underlying infrastructure.
- Assist with compliance activities, access certifications, and audit reporting.
- Provide L2/L3 support for servers, networks, and storage systems aligned to the IAM landscape.
- Support debugging and resolution of application-level issues, collaborating closely with development and deployment teams.
- Deliver agreed outputs within defined schedules and service-level expectations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across support and development processes.
