Job Description
The Facilities Management Advisor – Electrical & Power (Generation) provides expert guidance on the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical and power infrastructure projects supporting U.S. Government operations. As a key member of the Facilities Subject Matter Expert (SME) Engineering Cell, this role advises on electrical design, construction oversight, building code compliance, space planning, and project scheduling. The advisor ensures contractor performance aligns with contract requirements, oversees technical documentation, and supports cross-functional coordination on high-priority infrastructure initiatives. This position requires at least seven years of experience, strong proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project, and the ability to lead projects in demanding, multi-agency environments. A Secret clearance and either a technical degree or Master’s License are required.
