Job Description
Qualifications
- Experience in marine, industrial, or shipyard painting with strong knowledge of surface prep and coating systems.
- Ability to read and follow coating specifications and TDS for all materials used.
- Proficiency with spray application and hand‑tool coating methods.
- Understanding of safety protocols including respirator use, fall protection, confined‑space entry, and hazardous‑materials handling.
- Physical ability to climb, bend, lift, and work in confined or elevated spaces in a shipyard environment.
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to observe and comply with all safety and project rules
