What You’ll Do

• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
• Assist providers with charting, histories, physical exams, assessments, and treatment plans
• Navigate lab reports, imaging studies, and medical records to support the provider’s workflow
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and uphold patient confidentiality at all times
• Collaborate with providers, nurses, and administrative staff to streamline operations and enhance care delivery

Who You Are

• Pre-med, pre-PA, nursing, or healthcare student (or graduate) looking for hands-on clinical exposure
• Detail-oriented and an excellent listener with fast, accurate typing skills
• Comfortable working in a high-intensity environment, sometimes multitasking during live patient interactions
• Familiar with medical terminology and EMR systems (experience with [Epic, Cerner, etc.] a plus)

• Flexible availability, including weekdays, evenings or weekends depending on clinical site needs
• Commitment to learning and general interest in exploring healthcare opportunities
