Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of internal communication campaigns that support enterprise initiatives, organizational change, and cultural engagement.
- Draft, edit, and format a variety of communications including emails, intranet posts, leadership messages, talking points, FAQs, and slide decks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (HR/People Group, Marketing, Business Operations, etc.) to ensure communications are timely, accurate, and aligned with Ryan's voice and values.
- Manage logistics and content coordination for recurring communications such as newsletters, leadership updates, or town halls.
- Help maintain content calendars, messaging plans, and communication channels (e.g., intranet, email, digital signage).
- Support measurement and reporting on communication effectiveness by collecting feedback and analyzing engagement metrics.
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding across all internal channels and ensure accessibility and clarity for a global workforce.
- Assist in coordination and execution of live and virtual internal events, including leadership Q&As, culture sessions, or organizational announcements.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for tone and detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with intranet platforms, email campaign tools, and digital content platforms is a plus.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative and resourceful, with a positive attitude and a passion for storytelling and culture-building.
- Experience in a professional services or large corporate environment preferred.
Computer Skills:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must have advanced skills in Microsoft® Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheet, PowerBi, and Internet navigation and research.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Requires limited supervisory responsibilities, including managing project teams, assigning work, checking work for accuracy and completeness, and training employees.
