Job Description
TAMKO is seeking an Engineering Manager. This position reports to the General Manager. The Engineering Manager plans, directs, and coordinates activities concerned with design, construction, modification, and maintenance of equipment and machinery in the industrial plant. This position is responsible for all engineering operations for all plant areas, including engineering project management for the building, grounds, equipment, electrical systems, and control systems. The Engineering Manager also drives existing equipment process improvements in either operational or maintenance related functions. The Engineering Manager must be available as needed for equipment issues on nights and weekends to support the maintenance and production departments.
