Junior AI Data Analytics Specialist

The role combines four pillars:

1. Digital Learning & Microlearning Platform Management – administering, developing, and enriching GM's microlearning ecosystem with AI-enhanced content.
2. AI Solutions & Agent Development – designing, building, testing, and maintaining AI agents and AI-assisted tools that support training operations, content development, dealer engagement, and reporting.
3. Automation & Application Development – designing and maintaining automation workflows and lightweight applications (e.g., the Monthly Dealer Ranking & KPI Reporting UI) that eliminate manual effort across Academy operations and other projects that help the training academy members to improve their day-to-day interactions and overall way of working.
4. Data Analytics, Power BI & Insights – delivering advanced data analysis, predictive insights, and executive-level dashboards that inform decision-making across the Training Academy and dealer network.
