In this role, the individual will manage one specialist and oversee HR Business Operations.
Work location Arlington, VA, but mostly remote/work from home
Role Responsibilities
This role includes some or all of the following key responsibilities:
• Manage one specialist
• Oversee the following processes:
o HR budget
o Metrics
o Providing data for HR proposals
o Service Contract Act processes
o small HR projects/initiatives (implement policy/process changes)
o Adhoc requests from HR leadership
Required Skills – 2+ years of experience in the following required
• Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
Hours per week: 40.
