Your tasks
- Collaborate in an agile team with Product Owners, Project Managers, Solution Architects, and developers to deliver business-focused solutions.
- Analyze requirements and design solutions aligned with business goals, including customizations in Dynamics 365 (entities, forms, workflows, business rules).
- Develop and maintain applications using C# / .NET, JavaScript / TypeScript, Power Platform, and optimize integrations via REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.
- Implement automation and CI/CD pipelines following DevOps best practices, while monitoring and improving performance with Azure tools like Application Insights.
- Refactor and enhance existing applications to meet the latest standards and ensure long-term maintainability.
- Lead the existing developers from a technical point of view and ensure that the development is going smoothly across the existing development teams.
Your profile
- 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 (ideally Customer Service)
- Strong skills in C# / .NET and JavaScript / TypeScript, including Dynamics 365 customization (entities, forms, workflows, business rules)
- Experience with the Power Platform (Canvas & Model-driven Apps, automation)
- Nice to have: integrations using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Service Bus
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices (Git, CI/CD, automation)
- Experience in solution design, requirements analysis, and applying best practices (design patterns, security)
- Team-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven with strong communication skills
- Familiar with agile ways of working
Languages
- English: B2+ (mandatory)
- Portuguese and/or German: nice to have
