Job Description
The Creative Lead will be responsible for leading creative strategy, concept development, and execution across digital, brand, and customer experience initiatives. The role requires strong creative leadership with the ability to leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance ideation, content creation, and creative workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Lead creative direction, concept development, and execution of innovative visual, digital, and marketing experiences.
- Develop creative strategies aligned with business objectives, brand guidelines, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful creative solutions.
- Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate creative ideation, content creation, design exploration, and workflow optimization.
- Guide the creation of high-quality creative assets, including campaigns, presentations, digital experiences, and storytelling content.
- Stay current with emerging AI-powered creative technologies and recommend their application in creative processes.
- Provide creative mentorship, feedback, and direction to design and content teams.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and innovation across all creative deliverables.
- 7+ years of experience in creative leadership, art direction, brand design, digital design, or related creative roles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative strategy, visual storytelling, and successful campaign execution.
- Experience with AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of AI-assisted creative workflows and prompt-based content generation.
- Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading creative teams in digital transformation environments.
- Knowledge of UX/UI, branding, marketing, and digital content creation.
- Experience integrating AI into creative processes to improve efficiency and innovation.
