Asst Shipping Officer / Shipping Officer

Job Scope

• Arrange Domestic, Import and Export shipment and prepare related documentation
• Responsible for monitoring shipment status and preparing up-to-date reports
• Handle import and export declaration
• Collaborate closely with both internal and external parties to resolve shipping-related issues
• Monitor logistics service provider KPI
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and tasks as required

 Requirements

• F.5 / DSE or above
• 2-3 years' working experience is preferred
• Experience with electronic industry is an advantage but not a must
• Experience in 3PL and Forwarder will be considered
• Solid experience in handling L/C, D/P, Tradelink etc. is preferred
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English/ Chinese/ Cantonese and fluent Mandarin
• Good PC skills and MS Office
• Self-motivated, team player and sense of responsibilities
• Able to work under pressure & overtime
• Passionate to work
• Willing to learn and take up challenges
• Immediate available is preferred
