Finance Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for plan, organize and coordinate campus accounts payables, campus payroll expenses, campus Inventory and Cost analysis and general accounting, costs, accounts receivable and fixed assets of two reporting units.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and supervise financial activities and record accounting transactions in a timely manner during the month end and year end closures.
• Coordinate and prepare of the annual budget (Budget) and monitoring the monthly planning (Forecast) analysis.
• Supervise and monitoring company payroll & expenses by area.
• Supervise and monitoring Material margin by customer product line.
• Supervise and monitoring accounts payables due dates and overdue including accruals.
• Support accomplishment of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
• Support accomplishment of Internal and External audit.
• Develop procedures and process to improve the finance area

JOB PROFILE & EXPERIENCE

PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree as Public Accountant, MBA preferred.

Bilingual

Prior Manager experience

EXPERIENCE

+5year experience in General accounting, internal controls, and processes.

+5year in Cost accounting and SAP inventory management.

+2year experience personnel management

Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion

Advance management of MS Windows

Reporting and consolidation of financial statements

Variance Analysis

SOX & Internal – External audits experience
