Job Description
- Define, own and articulate the comprehensive AI transformation strategy for a strategic enterprise portfolio, partnering directly with sales leadership and C-level executives to identify opportunities and resolve pain points.
- Architect the customer AI services journey, managing the entire services lifecycle from qualification through contracting and creating proposals, leveraging a value services approach to accelerate cloud adoption.
- Translate complex customer business goals and outcomes into a defined AI transformation services roadmap, scope the required professional services work, and orchestrate the engagement of the right delivery resources (Professional Services Organization and Partners).
- Drive AI strategy and go-to-market execution for Google professional services core programs; shape offers, build assets, scale enablement, and value-sell alongside the team to capture field and customer insights.
- Support professional services pipeline transparency, tracking status and executing resolution strategies to eliminate blockers.
