You will lead the evolution of an Internal Developer Platform, driving improvements in Developer Experience (DevXP) and enabling faster, safer, and more efficient software delivery across engineering teams. The position combines strategic vision with hands-on technical leadership, bridging SRE practices, cloud architecture, and platform engineering. You will define reliability standards, guide observability and automation strategies, and ensure engineering teams are empowered through well-designed Golden Paths. In addition, you will play a key role in mentoring engineers and building a high-performance culture focused on ownership, excellence, and continuous improvement.
