This is a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal program leadership role, leading Toll’s Finance modernisation and delivering a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation. You’ll partner closely with senior Finance and Technology stakeholders, shaping the future operating model of the business while driving a flagship enterprise program.
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the delivery of a complex, multi-stream transformation. Reporting to the SVP, Finance Systems, this role requires proven experience delivering enterprise-scale SAP S/4HANA programs, ideally in $20M+ environments.
This opportunity is available as either a 2-year fixed term contract or a permanent role, offering flexibility for candidates seeking long-term career progression or the chance to lead a defined, high-impact transformation.
What you’ll be responsible for
Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA finance program across multiple streams
Own program governance, planning, financial performance, and stakeholder engagement
Drive execution across scope, timelines, budget, and outcomes
Partner with Finance and Technology teams to deliver value-led solutions
Identify and manage risks, ensuring successful delivery and compliance
Provide clear, insight-led reporting to executive stakeholders and steering committees
What you bring
Proven experience leading large-scale ERP or SAP S/4HANA programs, ideally $20M+
Strong program leadership across complex, enterprise transformation initiatives
Deep understanding of finance processes and systems, with strong commercial acumen
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decision-making
Experience across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
