Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Inventory and Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing equipment and product procurement, shipping/receiving, inventory management, staging, and supply chain operations necessary to support CCS project implementations and internal operations. Success in this role will be measured by inventory accuracy, on-time project deliveries, supplier performance, procurement cost savings, and internal customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage equipment and supplies inventory:
- Place orders as required for current projects, client orders, and internal needs.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels through established inventory control processes and best practices.
- Coordinate receiving and securing of incoming inventory.
- Coordinate logistics with the Professional Services team to ensure equipment is shipped, drop-shipped, and delivered in accordance with project schedules.
- Coordinate with customers and internal staff for RMAs and replacement hardware as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements, serialized equipment, and asset assignments.
- Perform equipment staging, configuration, testing, and quality assurance as required for successful project implementations.
- Forecast inventory requirements based on project schedules and sales pipeline to ensure materials are available while minimizing excess inventory. Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and vendors to improve pricing, product availability, service levels, and delivery performance.
- Understand and negotiate pricing and discounts as appropriate.
- Monitor supplier lead times, product availability, and potential supply chain disruptions to ensure timely sourcing and procurement.
- Analyze procurement costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce overall supply chain expenditures.
- Monitor supplier performance, including pricing, quality, lead times, and service levels, and recommend alternative suppliers when appropriate.
- Create and maintain purchase orders, vendor records, and procurement documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase inventory accuracy, improve operational efficiency, and reduce supply chain costs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Operations, and Finance to support project planning, purchasing decisions, and inventory forecasting.
- Evaluate shipping methods and carriers to optimize delivery timelines while minimizing transportation costs.
- Track and report key performance indicators including inventory accuracy, supplier performance, procurement savings, order fulfillment, shipping performance, and RMA turnaround times.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills along with active listening skills.
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment in all business interactions
- Experience with Salesforce and/or inventory management, ERP, or procurement systems.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, filtering, and reporting.
- Knowledge of shipping carriers (UPS/FedEx/Freight)
- Experience with Healthcare, Senior Living, or Food Service is a plus.
