Process Technician

Responsibility:

• Provide real-time support during SMT shifts to maintain uninterrupted production, troubleshoot line process issues.
• Monitor key performance indicators like Yield and Cycle Time, analyze deviations, and collaborate on improvement initiatives.
• Support investigation of process defects using Issue Tracking Reports and 8D methodology, contribute to root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
• Immediate corrective actions or escalate major issue to SME.
• Decide on immediate actions for performance deviations.
• Recommend CAPA and verify effectiveness.

Education:

• Diploma \ Bachelor’s degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical, electrical) or other related field or equivalent education 

Desired Experience:

• 7 - 10 years
