The Role

You will play a key role in strengthening our online presence, creating impactful content, and driving measurable growth across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) with a clear content strategy
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
• Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, reels, graphics, captions) that reflects our brand voice
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns for better results
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to position our brand ahead of competitors

What Success Looks Like

• Consistent growth in engagement, reach, and followers
• Strong, recognizable brand presence across platforms
• Data-driven improvements in campaign performance
• High-quality, consistent content aligned with brand standards

About You

• Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management
• Strong content creation, storytelling, and copywriting skills
• Comfortable using tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, and scheduling platforms
• Understanding of SEO and paid digital advertising
• Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive outcomes
