The role involves end-to-end design, development, and deployment of automation frameworks and solutions to optimize enterprise-level business processes and drive operational excellence. The candidate will collaborate with cross-disciplinary stakeholders to perform process assessments, identify automation candidates, and implement intelligent automation workflows leveraging AI capabilities. Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and automation tooling is essential.
