Purpose of the Job
The Designer and Video Editor is responsible for delivering high-quality creative across design, video and animation, ensuring all internal communications are visually engaging and on brand. Working closely with the Internal Communications team, this role ensures all creative assets are delivered efficiently and enhance engagement across channels.
Key Responsibilities
This role supports the end-to-end creation and refinement of internal communication assets, including:
Presentation design – creating and enhancing PowerPoint decks for leadership communications, town halls and internal updates, ensuring clarity and strong visual storytelling
Digital and graphic design – producing banners, visuals and assets for the intranet and Viva Engage, aligned to brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Video editing and animation – developing engaging video content, including edits, motion graphics and simple animations to support internal campaigns and storytelling
Content editing and quality control – reviewing and refining creative outputs to ensure high standards, consistency in tone and visual identity and accuracy across all materials
Stay updated to the latest trends revolving around the creative space and tools
Skills, Knowledge + Experience
Strong graphic design and layout skills especially using Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in video production and motion graphics
Strong communication and organization skills
Ability to manage multiple projects within given timelines
