This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we’ve announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. This Position reports to:

Global IS Dept. Manager, Data Analytics

 

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Administration team in ABB Robotics. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment and support daily office operations.

Location: Kraków

Responsibilities

• Supporting general administrative tasks and data entry
• Providing daily office support
• Assisting with business travel expense processing
• Managing office supplies and placing orders
• Supporting basic front desk / reception activities

Requirements

• Student (2nd or 3rd year preferred)
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
• Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to details and a proactive mindset
• Availability to work on-site at least 3 days per week
