About the location:

Blending imaginative urban design on the banks of the St. Johns River, Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jacksonville will be the centerpiece of the Jacksonville Shipyards, ideally located adjacent to the Sports Complex and proposed Stadium of the Future – a renovated and reimagined EverBank Stadium that will serve as home to the Jacksonville Jaguars while playing host to national and international sports and entertainment events for generations to come.

General Hotel Elements:

  • Property is located right outside the Jacksonville Jaguars sports complex and a 5-minute drive to downtown Jacksonville.

  • 4 F&B outlets – All Day dining – Specialty restaurant, River club – Celebrity chef Akira Back partnership – Pool Bar and Gril

  • Event space total of 18,905 Sqf

  • Full Spa & Fitness facilities

  • Owner is contemplating a private members club / lounge that FS would operate white label

  • As part of a second phase, Owner is actively exploring additional opportunities such as (i) developing additional residential on a 5 acre adjacent parcel and (ii) acquiring beach front land in Jacksonville Beach (approximately 30 minutes from the Project) to create a Beach Club experience for hotel guests as well as local members

View of Needs

  • Opening experience preferred

  • Tentative start date is June 2026

Current Leadership Requirements

General

  • A proven track record for developing creative commercial initiatives to proactively drive new customer acquisition given that this is a secondary market.

  • Preferable experience in building business around group and sport events. 

  • A decisive leader who will be responsible for the overall success of the hotel opening with the support of corporate functional expertise.

  • A strategic leader, who thinks and acts in this manner, and someone that brings key stakeholders together, keeping everyone on track for the successful delivery and opening of this project.

  • Effective communication skills with multiple stakeholders.

  • Capable of creating strong business and community relationships. A brand ambassador for a hotel in a new market for Four Seasons!

  • Agility and innovation to reposition product and offerings reflective of Four Seasons brand.

  • Strong guest centric skills that will define luxury in Jacksonville.

  • Exceptional personal presence that sets the tone for embracing the local culture and the local community.

  • Strong networking skills that leverage relationships that will make an impact in the local community. It is critical that Four Seasons is viewed as a strong partner and supporter of Jacksonville.

  • Understand and deliver a luxury lifestyle to our guests and Residential owners.
