Job Description
- Define near- and long-term UX Writing, Content, and Conversation Design directions, driving organization-level strategy and key decisions to achieve complex OKRs.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, UX researchers, data scientists, and marketers to define and execute.
- Drive the adoption of AI and emergent technologies to innovate design methodologies for complex, systemic product and business problems.
- Lead and inspire a global team, managing organizational risk, fostering a culture of high-quality craft, and developing career paths for direct and indirect reports.
