Job Description
The Assistant Meat Manager assists with the leadership and motivation of a team of meat cutters and wrappers in order to create a destination experience for our guests. They actively cut, bone, trim, grind, tray, wrap and merchandise fresh beef, pork and poultry products while they assist guests with product selection and sales. Additionally, they assist with tracking sales, managing the department’s budget, selecting and ordering product, building displays, ordering supplies and managing inventories.
