Water Quality Technician - Part-Time - Temp - Invitation Only

The Water Quality Technician is a skilled position responsible for performing routine chemical, physical, and bacteriological analyses on water and source water. Work involves collecting non-regulatory samples, performing laboratory and field analyses at various locations in the water treatment facility, the water distribution system and areas within the watershed. The incumbent participates as needed in special projects and process support programs. Tasks include basic laboratory analysis on the day-to-day required tests using established policies, procedures and technical guidelines, data entry into internal reports and software, and sample collection using proper procedures. The salary range is $25.76 - $36.07 per hour with a hiring range of $25.76 - $30.92, depending on Q&E.
