Salary Range: $99,600 – $139,500

We’re seeking a Technical Accounting Manager to help ensure the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of our financial reporting while driving efficiencies in a dynamic environment. This role reports to the Director of Accounting.

What You’ll Do:
Technical Accounting & Compliance
Research complex accounting issues and prepare high-quality technical accounting memos under US GAAP (with exposure to IFRS).
Monitor new and updated accounting standards and lead their implementation.
Ensure consistent application of accounting policies and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting.
Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, coordinating with auditors, and resolving findings efficiently.
Financial Reporting & Close
Oversee preparation of accurate financial statements, reports, reconciliations, and journal entries.
Assist with month-end close, consolidation, and timely communication of results to stakeholders, including our parent company (CSG).
Review account reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
Manage and develop direct reports, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career growth opportunities.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally and support special projects or system implementations (e.g., Dynamics 365 enhancements).
Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with teams at all levels.
What You Bring:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or related field).
Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP; familiarity with IFRS is a plus.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for memos, reports, and stakeholder interactions.
Preferred Qualifications
CPA certification.
4–6 years of public accounting experience (Big 4 or national firm strongly preferred), or equivalent industry technical accounting experience.
Prior leadership or mentoring experience.
Manufacturing or multinational company background.

Pay Range:
$99,600.00 - $139,500.00The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
