Parkwest Bicycle Casino is seeking to bring a new team member to the Engineering Department!    We are seeking a Kitchen Mechanic who will perform preventive maintenance, repairs and installation of industrial and commercial refrigeration systems equipment. Repairs, installs and services stoves, refrigerators, dishwashing machines, and other electrical household or commercial appliance throughout the facility by performing the duties outlined below.
