Job Description

Swift7 Consultants is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Account Coordinator to support client accounts and ensure a seamless service experience. This role serves as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams, helping coordinate account activities, manage service requests, and maintain strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Coordinate client service requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate account records, documentation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support client needs.
  • Monitor account activities and identify opportunities for service improvements.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and account setup processes.
  • Respond to client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Prepare account summaries, updates, and status reports as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.
  • Support administrative and operational projects related to account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
