What You’ll Be Doing
Account Management

- Serve as the primary contact for assigned OEM accounts.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their business strategies, needs, and challenges.
Business Development

- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for OEM customers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

Relationship Building

- Foster strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Organize and participate in customer meetings, technical workshops, and joint development projects.
Market & Product Knowledge

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technological developments.
- Provide feedback to product management and R&D teams to support product innovation.
Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work closely with engineering, supply chain, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate with global and regional sales teams to align strategies.
Performance Monitoring

- Track account performance against KPIs.
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management.
