Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

Account Management

    • Serve as the primary contact for assigned OEM accounts.
    • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
    • Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their business strategies, needs, and challenges.

Business Development

      • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for OEM customers.
      • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

Relationship Building

    • Foster strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
    • Organize and participate in customer meetings, technical workshops, and joint development projects.

Market & Product Knowledge

    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technological developments.
    • Provide feedback to product management and R&D teams to support product innovation.

Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with engineering, supply chain, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Coordinate with global and regional sales teams to align strategies.

Performance Monitoring

    • Track account performance against KPIs.
    • Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management.
