Senior Business Analyst, Healthcare Transformation @ CGI

Position Description:CGI is expanding its Health and Life Sciences Team in the Atlantic Region! We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for complex healthcare transformation initiatives, with strong facilitation, QA/test planning, stakeholder engagement, and clinical/operational transformation experience.Your future duties and responsibilities:Managing the day-to-day relationship with the client and key project executives and stakeholdersDevelop project and solution design concepts and approachesDevelopment of project proposals and business casesLead the citizen engagement sessions leveraging design thinking methodologiesAlign business and clinical programs with digital health opportunitiesPerform gap analysis between program objectives and proposed digital health initiativesDocument business and technical requirements
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience15+ years of senior business analysis experience10+ years leading complex healthcare transformation initiatives10+ years IM/IT experience5+ years QA strategy and test planning experienceStrong workshop facilitation across clinical, operational, and executive stakeholdersBilingualism (English/French) is an asset.Skills:Business AnalysisClinical Workflows
