Job Description
Custodian
Travis Hyde Properties is looking for a responsible person with reliable personal transportation to create a clean environment at our properties. The ideal candidate will have experience, be a self-starter and a team player.
Responsibilities -
- Sweep, mop and vacuum floors
- Gather and empty trash
- Scrub, sanitize, and supply restroom facilities
- High and low dusting of furniture, walls, and equipment
- Clean windows, mirrors, and partitions
- Follow proper procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power machinery to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
- Shampoo or steam-clean carpets and rugs
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies
- Notify Property Managers of any visible maintenance issues
- Snow shoveling around the property
- Keep buildings and surrounding property in good order
Qualifications -
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience preferred
- Able to stand, walk and bend
- Ability to carry up to 50lbs
- Pay attention to detail
- MUST HAVE Reliable Transportation
- All employees MUST be vaccinated against COVID-19 before commencing work at Travis Hyde Properties.
The position offered is full time with benefits including mileage reimbursement, after a trial period.

- Custodial Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
