About the role
- Preparing, typing and filing client correspondence in line with firm procedures
- Managing engagement letters and sending documentation through client portals
- Supporting billing processes, including printing and issuing invoices to clients
- Assisting with new client onboarding and completion of client forms
- Supporting proposal preparation for prospective clients
- Providing general administrative support across the office
- Carrying out bulk scanning and document management tasks
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and colleagues
- Handling incoming calls and correspondence professionally and efficiently
- Ensuring all communications are responded to within agreed deadlines
- Providing reception cover when required and helping maintain a welcoming office environment
- Assisting with the organisation of internal and external events
- Supporting company incorporations and company secretarial processes
- Managing officer appointments and company changes
- Processing share transfers, allotments and dividend documentation
- Preparing and filing confirmation statements and dormant accounts
- Assisting with registered office changes, company dissolutions and related filings
- Supporting Land Registry searches and bank audit requests
