- A 27-bed Critical care step down unit
- Team oriented-Strong Practice Council within Unit
- Work with multidisciplinary units/teams to develop a care plan for patients
- Develop Critical Care skills to elevate patient care practice
- Acuity adaptable patient population with step down and critical care patients
- Typical patient ratios: 1:3 or 1:4
- A didactic learning experience in a fast-paced environment
- Full and part time days and nights
- Weekend options
Night Shift Differential $10
Weekend Differential $5
QUALIFICATIONS
- A team-oriented RN willing to be flexible and dynamic in meeting patient care needs.
- Associate Degree from an accredited program is required, BSN desirable
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
- Experienced and new graduate Nurses are welcome
