Finance Manager

In this position you will lead core financial operations and commercial finance support for Bolttech Insurance Broker business in Indonesia. You will manage end‑to‑end brokerage finance processes including commission revenue management, insurer settlement reconciliation, expense control, cash management, and regulatory submissions. You will enhance financial governance to OJK, improve reporting accuracy, and ensure timely financial insights to support business growth and strategic decision‑making.
